Project:A dedicated hub on Hyland.com devoted to coverage of technology and workplace trends and solutions that help executives solve their unique unstructured information and leadership challenges.
Problem:Our cross-functional team was tasked to create a digital magazine, or hub, that could be used for digital campaigns.
The design was to be influenced by the Hyland brand, but to also stand on it's own. Limitation: must use previously built components within the company's instance of Sitecore. A high level of interaction, video, animation and responsiveness were highly desired.
Solution:Collaborated with another designer and a front-end developer to create a design system for the magazine. Unique branded elements and animation style that fit within the Hyland brand were established, as well as three page types:
1. A responsive homepage based on square tiles
2. An immersive animated page for higher profile articles
3. A simple page template for standard articles.
Social media templates were also established.
Results:Awards winning design with high traffic flow was produced.
